Day-Of Coordination

For Weddings Only

Planning your wedding is exciting — but once the day arrives, you shouldn’t be managing vendors, watching the clock, or worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes. That’s where I come in.

A Day-of Coordinator steps in to bring all your planning to life. Whether you’ve hired a planner or handled everything yourselves, I become the person who makes sure your vision actually unfolds the way you imagined. I manage timelines, vendors, setup, and all the moving parts, acting as your on-site point person and calm problem-solver throughout the day.

What many couples don’t realize is how much coordination happens before the wedding day. I spend 15–20 hours behind the scenes organizing details, connecting with vendors, and creating a clear timeline so that when the day comes, it all unfolds effortlessly

  • When the music starts and the doors open, you should be fully in the moment — not worrying about who’s lining up the wedding party or why a vendor is calling your phone. My job is to keep everything running smoothly so you can simply celebrate.

    • Two to Three Months Out: We start with a planning call, set regular check-ins, and begin coordinating with your vendor team. I also handle those essential “two weeks before” meetings with your, photographer, DJ/band, and other vendors so everyone is aligned.

    • Leading Up to the Wedding: I become your vendor point person. I manage communications, confirm details, and create a clear, thorough timeline that keeps the entire day flowing effortlessly.

    • The Big Day: This is where I shine. I check in vendors, keep setup on track, and make sure all of your personal touches (menus, signage, table numbers, escort cards, guest book, and more) are placed to perfection. I cue your ceremony entrances, manage the flow of guests, and quietly solve any unexpected issues — all so the day feels natural, polished, and stress-free. From the first arrival to your final send-off, I’m orchestrating everything behind the scenes while you enjoy every moment.

  • Because when your wedding day finally arrives, you shouldn’t be juggling logistics. Here’s what I take off your plate:

    • Ceremony Rehearsal: I’ll lead your rehearsal making sure your wedding party feels comfortable, confident, and ready for their big walk down the aisle.

    • Timeline Creation & Execution: We build a detailed timeline together — then I manage it from start to finish, keeping the day on track.

    • Vendor Management: I check in vendors, answer questions, oversee setup, and make sure everyone is where they need to be.

    • Getting You Down The Aisle: When it’s showtime, I’ll be behind the scenes, cueing your wedding party and alongside your music vendor for seamless transitions.

    • Guest Flow: From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, I help guide guests to keep the energy high and the experience smooth.

    • Problem Solving: If something unexpected pops up (and it always does), I’ll handle it with calm, quick solutions so you never have to stress or step away from the celebration.

  • I believe in transparency. Here are the items that fall outside the scope of Day-of Coordination:

    • Design: Your creative vision is entirely yours and I’ll make sure your personal touches are set beautifully on the day, but I don’t handle design concepts or sourcing.

    • Vendor Sourcing: I’ll happily share my go-to recommendations, but booking and contracting vendors is up to you.

    • Event Setup: Tasks like moving tables, chairs, linens, large florals, or installations are handled by your caterer, florist, or venue team — not me.

    • Music: From playlists to mic cues, this is best left to your DJ, band, or venue AV staff.

    • Extra Events: After-parties, next-day brunches, rehearsal dinners...fun, but not included with this package. My focus is only on your wedding.

Not sure if something is included? Just ask. I’ll always be honest and point you toward the right professional so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding. Payment plans aren’t available so everything can be finalized ahead of your big day.

Payments are accepted via check, Venmo, or PayPal. At this time, credit cards and ACH are not accepted.
